Our vision:<\/i>
\n<\/b>Our breeding goals:
\n<\/span>– healthy \u00c5land sheep with good grazing ability
\n<\/span>– shiny wool in all of the breed’s different wool types and distinctive colours
\n<\/span>– sustaining the endangered breed and maintaining its diversity<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualified breeding farm since:<\/em><\/strong> 2024<\/p>\n

Number of ram lines for \u00c5land sheep:<\/em><\/strong>
\n– 3, plus frozen sperm for 1 additional line<\/p>\n

Number of ewes<\/i>
\n<\/b>– total about 110 (a mix of Finnsheep and \u00c5land sheep in different colours) <\/span>of which about <\/span>25 \u00c5land ewes<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Adult weight for \u00c5land sheep<\/i>
\n<\/b>– ewes 60 kg on average
\n<\/span>– rams 75 kg on average<\/span><\/p>\n
